- I had a much better feeling in Shanghai when compared with Beijing and Guangzhou, maybe I experienced less traffic than usual, I saw more green areas or simply I had a good day
- Metro is the cheapest and quite fast transport with huge connectivity across the city
- Download a VPN in case you need google maps or any kind of popular social media
- The Bund
- Yu Garden
- Financial Center
- While the Financial Center has plenty of towers willing to charge you for the views from the top, there is a rooftop called Flair in the 58th floor of Ritz Carlton where there is no cover
- However, drinks here are expensive (starting with water 60 yuan, mocktails 90 yuan, cocktails 100 yuan etc) but still cheaper and nicer than the others
- Good to know, there is dress code so I was allowed a photo and kicked out soon (it was at least a cheap visit)
- On the West side of Huangpu river, The Bund is a beautiful area with great parks and nice views of the financial town
Yu Garden:
- Going to the west you can find ancient Shanghai, where tall building are an exception
- There are many parks with Chinese people playing badminton, board games or just chilling
- One of those gardens in Yu Garden, since 16th century (payment 40yuan, approx $5)
- In my opinion there is nothing impressive inside so no need to pay the entrance if you do not feel like it, but the area nearby is great (actually the photos I post are right outside Yu Garden)
- You can try local food in this area and there are several people selling all kinds of watches, souveniers, clothes etc...
- Spectacular area full of skyscapers
- Here you can find the Oriental Pearl Radio & TV Tower
- Also the Shanghai Tower, highest building in China
This is such a great information for me, because i do an online job that's why i need fast Internet connection, i search how to bots internet speed then i reach at a right place. beijing airport transfer
